[SOR] Solg™ RNase Inhibitor

Recombinant ribonuclease inhibitor Inhibits common eukaryotic RNases-preventing degradation of RNA template Active over a broad pH range (pH 5 - 8)

Solg™ RNase Inhibitor is a recombinant proteins which express and purify human placenta RNase inhibitor gene in E.coli host. Generally the RNase Inhibitor inhibits ribonuclease function through formation of 1:1 complex with RNase A and it Has no effect on functions of SP6/T7/T3 RNA Polymerase , AMV/M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase or Taq DNA Polymerase. SolGent™ RNase Inhibitor shows inhibitory activity for fuction of RNase A, B and C. and it has no effect on functions of Rnase T1/T2/H/U1/U2 /CL3.
