Ligation enzyme Connection of cohesive end / blunt end PCR product

SolgTM T4 DNA Ligase is a ligation enzyme and it is designed to connect and combine 5’-phosphate and 3’-OH phosphodiester by using of ATP as a cofactor which is laid in a parallel. This product is useful to connect both of cohesive end and blunt end PCR product. SolgTM T4 DNA Ligase is used to connect nick which is formed in a single strand.
