[DQ] DiaStar™ Quick DNA Ligase

Fast (5-minute) & Convenient ligation

DiaStar™ Quick DNA Ligase is used to form a phosphodiester bond by joining the DNA 5’-phosphate and 3’-OH with the help of cofactor ATP. It’s ligation reaction time is 5 minutes at room temperature and can be applied for both cohesive and blunt end type of DNA strands. In addition, double strand formed by the process is also used for the connection.
