5-minute cloning Using Topoisomerase
T-Blunt™ PCR Cloning Kit is a suitable for fast cloning of the amplified PCR product by using Taq and Pfu DNA polymerase. By topoisomerase I activation, It enables to do cloning within 5 minutes In the room temperature. With visible selection system in the kit, colony grows only when PCR product is in cloning, so it against unwanted colony by vector self-ligation.
