Optimal recombinant of thermostable M-MLV Rtase and Solg™ h-Tag hot start PCR enzyme in this kit enables to do reverse transcription and Real-Time PCR in one tube at one reaction so it can reduce additional hands-work and contamination chances. Excellence in specificity and qRT-PCR, it can be used for detection of multiple target gene and variety of RNA related research.
