Diastar™ RT Kit is a thermostable mutant of M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase (Rnase H-) which is recombinant type. This mutant type of Rnase H- enables more efficient cDNA synthesis due to more thermostable characteristic (optimal activity at 50 ℃).
