BI - ANXIALLY ORIENTED, DOUBLE BUBBLE, SHRINKABLE BARRIER FILM MANUFACTURING LINE-5 LAYER
"ShinKwang Eng.,Co’s Bi-axially Oriented film M.F.G Extrusion line” is designed and manufactured to produce co-extruded multi-layered film perfectly, barrier layer with NYLON, EVOH, PVDC, PP, PET, PE and other resins, offering lot of strong merits, excellent transparency, strength, gas & moisture barrier properties, twist- resistance, easy-peel ability and high shrinkage ratio in comparison with conventional films.
Bi-axially Oriented (Double bubble) film is used as heat-shrinkable packaging for food, beverage, medicine, cosmetic, and Deep-drawn vacuum or gas flushed packages of ham, sausage, other foods and various applications.
3 layer barrier film structure is “ABC Type” and 5 layer is ABCDE Type (PE / EVA / PVdC / EVA / PE, PE / TIE / EVOH / TIE / PE) depending on application mainly.
