Motivation for Development
This lamp has been developed and sold for spot cure since 2005. High-powered chips have been available on the market and packaging methods have been improved, due to price cuts of and performance improvement in UV LEDs, leading to the improvement in the intensity of illumination by the COB (Chip on Board) method. In addition, chip manufacture has changed to the flip chip method to the advantage of cooling, and heat dissipation technology has been also improved, which allows for high power. We have developed and supplied products to suit the UV process due to the UV-LED application being stable in earnest.

Main Use : Spot cure, area cure, etc.

Product Features : Developed so that UV LED modules can be designed based on the characteristics of products to be manufactured, the properties of cure using lens, if necessary, realized, and the use and after-sales service facilitated.

Types of Product
Wavelength: 340㎚, 365㎚, 385㎚, 395㎚, 405㎚ Cooling method: air-cooling, water-cooling, hybrid-cooling.
Package: COB or power chip.

ㆍ *Line Curing Machine : The range of irradiation is available up to 65mm to 300mm, and UV intensity is up to 1,100 (mW/cm2).
ㆍ *Area Curing Machine: The range of irradiation is available up to 190mm to 1220mm, and UV intensity is up to 550(mW/cm2).
ㆍ *Side Curing Machine: The range of irradiation is available up to 430 mm to 130mm, and UV intensity at most 1,650 (mW/cm2).
ㆍ In addition, the spot cure system and the COB cure system are also available.
