This is the equipment developed, as a pre-process equipment for exposure machines, by our company specializing in producing exposure machines at customers’ request for a blanket supply, including photo line equipment.

Product Features
① This product solves the pressure imbalance of the roller fundamentally due to the realization of the right and left cylinder synchronization and improves the operating characteristics.
② It realizes exceptional temperature uniformity by adopting the power control system by the thermodynamic design of the heater embedded in the roller and the microcomputer.
③ It adopts the pre-heating and ionizer system to facilitate the lamination process, and the roller is made with a special engineering method and has little mechanical deformation. 
④ Its frame and components adopt “Duralumin” that is lightweight and are designed to facilitate the exchange of the roller, heater, etc. as structural supplies.
