① Produced under strict quality control by stages so that UV ignition, UV resin, and UV curing can be done well 
② Used I-Line, G-Line, and H-Line as dominant wavelength, but with concurrent use of a continuous spectrum 
③ There are 5kW, 8kW, 12kW, 15kW, and 25kW, with 5mm, 7mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, and 25mm in between poles.
