Motivation for Development
This is a curing module developed to be suitably applied to In-Line manufacturers among various display or electronics makers It is used to produce temperature-sensitive optical filters, including films, and the material of base metal is designed to be applied to both rigid and flexible type. It is an independent KIT used in the In-Line system, and the margin, gain, etc. for various interfaces and control parameters are secured sufficiently. 

Main Use : For LCD- and FPD-manufacturing process and small film-manufacturing process 

Product Features
① Easy to attach to and be removed from other equipment, and have the interface standardized 
② Have various optical filters built in and is equipped with an automatic cooling system because of having to process temperature-sensitive products 
③ Have a structure for which independent maintenance and management is very easy
※ The power control of the UV lamp is the system to be converted into multi-steps pursuant to product specifications and processing speed.
