Paxxo’s main products contain at least 50% recycled material or biomaterial (does not apply to Food or Pacto).

All production takes place with fossil-free electricity in Sweden

QUALITY

Length and strength measured with Dart Drop are guaranteed.

Each Longopac film roll is tested according to the Dart Drop method.

Via a reference number, which is printed on both packaging and plastic film, we have traceability all the way to the original production (batch).

STRENGTH

Paxxo measures the strength of the plastic film according to Dart Drop and guarantees measured strength for up to two years.

The most common scientific way to measure plastic film is to apply the Dart Drop method. The implementation can be seen in its entirety on the website.

Food

This bag cassette is certified by Normpack (Swedish Code for Food Packaging Materials) for the handling of food and pharma.

Food can be packaged for re-use and Pharma for bulk handling. 

ESD

Electro Static Discharge bag cassettes are available in areas that require antistatic material.

The surface resistivity value is 1.0E +10 Ohm and is guaranteed 12 months from production date.

Biodegradable

The Bio bag cassettes are available for either the disposal or composting of food waste and other organic waste.

Longopac Biodegradable Industrial Compost (IC) bag cassette is developed for waste that goes to landfills and organic waste treated in industrial composting.

The material is certified for industrial compost and biodegrades in six months at 60°C. It is both stronger and cheaper than our Home Compost (HC) cassettes.

Odour control

The black odor-control cassette is an extra airtight bag cassette for Longopac Stand. With this cassette, you can control odors associated
with waste such as diapers. 

Perforated

This version is only available for Longopac Maxi. The bag cassettes is used for recycling of plastics to enable better result in compactors.

There are six perforations every 25 cm. 

Sterile

Longopac Mini bag cassettes can be gamma sterilized and are packaged
in air-tight protective bags. 

Pacto

The transparent Pacto material is weldable and can be used for closure and sealing to prevent the permeation of environmentally hazardous waste and odours.
