Broadband Anti-Reflection coatings substanially reduce surface reflection over a broad spectral region. These coatings are less sensitive to angle of incidence than “V”coatings, which makes them well suited for the steepy curved surfaces of high numerical aperture lenses, or for applications in which it is necessary to vary the angle of incidence.
