Marzahl - The Beginning and What Comes Next
The family-owned company founded by Emil Marzahl in 1924 now boasts nearly 100 employees within the group of companies and a second location in Landshut. Additionally, we maintain a globally active distribution network, thereby securing innovative ideas and technical expertise.
Within our company, we merge craftsmanship tradition with modern technology. Our services range from development and manufacturing to worldwide distribution and comprehensive service.
The competencies of our individual departments extend from maintenance and repair of servo motors, industrial gears, main spindle motors, electric and gear motors, machine tools (and more) to distribution, offering an extensive product range for drive and automation technology, as well as machine tools and general mechanical engineering.
Our broad product spectrum positions us as specialists in respective fields. Thus, we possess the ability to service and repair even the rarest and older motors and industrial gears, supply spare parts, or execute replacements.
Marzahl continues to grow and is now composed of marzahlService, marzahlVertrieb, HEYNAU, marzahlWZM, and Marzahl Guss- und Schmiedetechnik, enabling collaboration with you on various levels. Precision and high-quality services are always at the forefront - every customer request should be implemented to the fullest satisfaction.
For the company Heynau, now part of our group since 1963, we have been the authorized service workshop for Germany. Given that Heynau, as a gear manufacturer, started using not only standard motors but also technically more demanding motors with integrated electronic components alongside its gears, we have been able to grow technically by undergoing necessary training and investments to keep pace with this technological evolution.
Consequently, we have been able to proficiently carry out repairs for the predecessor of today's servo motor, the disc rotor motor or disc rotor gear motor. Apart from Heynau gears, we have repaired significant quantities of these special motors from renowned manufacturers nationwide and beyond.
A forward-looking advantage has been our longstanding association with Heynau-Marzahl, providing us early access, through manufacturer-initiated training sessions, to the competent expertise of well-known motor manufacturers. This allowed us to grow technically alongside these motor manufacturers. Through these collaborations, we encountered the successor of disc rotor motors, the analog servo motor, followed by digital servo drives and servo motors. Alongside our employees' technical development, our testing facilities and equipment had to continually evolve. Today, we have the capability to repair servo motors from numerous manufacturers.
