U1000 is designed for heavy machining and variety sized parts! it can support work piece up to 13,000kg and milling performances, power 42kw and torque 1636Nm. For the high accuracy, cross Y-axis ball screw has the internal oil cooling system. For the perfect movement cross Y-axis, there is the box way saddle with anti-friction material(turcite or biplast). For the no "Ram drooping" of Y-axis 1250mm, there are the combination of box way design, INA steel way on the column and INA roller shoes on the saddle. For the smooth movement of vertical Z-axis, there are the hydraulic cylinder weight balance with French Olaer accumulator and anti-friction material(turcite or biplast). LM ball screw support system with the ball screw vibration absorber can make vibration-free running, noise reduction and also the no accuracy deformation. Together with the wide choice of heads(vertical, A2, A4 and orthogonal etc..) and accessories(4th axis rotary table, sub angle table and special head change station etc..) available, makes this machine reliable and suitable for a variety of applications.
