Dongjin FCP Series spray dryer is designed suitable for drying various organic/inorganic chemicals and food. The angle of the

cone in the drying chamber is set to 60 degrees against the powder that is harmful for fluidity, and an air sweeper is mounted

basically to prevent the powder remaining in the chamber.

ㆍ Spary-Air Contact

 As we adapted a co-current flow style that fits heat-sensitive products, there is no distortion due to the heat.

ㆍ  BAG FILTER

 It is the collecting equipment for the powder that remains after drying. It is for 100% collection of powder and prevention of

contamination. Especially the NOMAX filter is used, which enables operation at temperature up to the 200 ℃.

ㆍ  WET SCRUBBER

 It is used for air pollution in stead of a bag filter when the powder contains moisture.

ㆍ  AIR SWEEPER

 It is to prevent the powder attached inner part of the wall from being exposed to high temperature for a long time.
