Transducer

It is a device that converts an electrical energy from a generator to mechanical one which can create the ultrasonic power.

 

Features

  1. Easy to install and use, regardless of the type and size of tanks, and moreover the old tanks are available to reuse.
  2. The position of the transducer can be changeable, it can be applicable to any types or sizes of the tank.
  3. Possible to build up cleaning process or enhance ultrasonic power by using an auxiliary device simply.
  4. High Performance: The maximum Q is 5cm per sec, and the electroacoustic rate is over 90%.
  5. High Power: As the number of vibrators is increased, the coefficient of power would get higher, creating highly maximum power.
  6. Low Heat Generation: High mechanical efficiency results in low heat generation.
  7. High Durability : Less damages against large amplitude of vibrations.
