This valve is for heating system of individual residential or commercial unit which utilizes district / centralized heating.  It balances the system by detecting differential pressure between supply and return line regardless of changes in pressure or flow rate caused by varying use within each unit and maintains stable flow rate and differential pressure range for increased energy efficiency.
