SMC-UNIT (Motor Soft Starter)
[1] Introduction
Seron's Motor Controller SMC-Unit is designed and assembled to the highest standards so our customers can achieve a maximum machine life and save energy by reducing a starting inrush current which can be reached as much as 7-12 times the full load current of the motor during start-up, and by decreasing the starting torque which is much higher than at full load. And also customers can save a maintenance cost by relaxing mechanical shock by soft start and down too. And it is also designed so that all the functions and parameters are digitally controlled and displayed at the segment of its cover. 2.2-350 KW for AC 220V, 380V, and 440V for three-phase for both single and dual direction types are available. The old model and New model are provided.
Especially New model Motor Soft Starter New SMC-Unit), which is designed and produced to the most advanced technologies in the industry, is a technology-condensed one so as to be able to call a next-generation product as for the Motor Soft Starter. There are various kinds of models such as the plastic case type-C which is applied in low capacity motor, and while the steel case type which is applied in the high capacity motor. And also because the cooling efficiency is maximized by using the epochal improved heat sink, the Unit becomes smaller, lighter, and economical much more than the existing Unit in the world.
