Motivation for Development : This product is a manual collimated light exposure machine and semi-automatic exposure machine equipped with automatic alignment. 

Use : For PCB- and FPCB-manufacturing process 

Product Features : used mainly for DFR (Dry Film Photoresist) exposure a lot 
- This is the basic model of the short arc lamp 5kW (PC5000SV), but has the structure available to adopt 8kW. 
• Intensity of illumination: 25 mw/㎠ or more, uniformity: 85% or more
• Exposure area: 510mm X 610mm 
• Degree of quality: making 20㎛ to 60㎛ of products (using D/F 20㎛ or less)
• Tact time: spending 4 to 6 seconds based on DFR 50mj/㎠
• Combinational use of 3RT (freezer and outdoor unit) and forced air cooling exhaust method
• Sensing (EPC-sensitive), instrument alignment (STEPPING MOTOR)-design (equipment) included 
• PLC and touch panel applied
