In harmony with the current trend for higher quality and differentiation of textile products, the singeing, desizing, scouring and bleaching process in the textile dyeing-finishing industry is required to cope in short periods with smaller lots of a variety of fabrics using various materials ranging from 100% vegetable fibers as cotton, linen, etc. to silk, wool, other animal fibers, as well as chemical and synthetic fibers either blended or combined.
The singeing, desizing, scouring and bleaching is a very important part of the process, inasmuch as the result of this preparatory process is a decisive factor for the quality of the dying and printing process.

- The multi-method process by steam and liquid of “HI-CELLENT” boasts excellent processing effects.

- The liquid cascade system in the fabric piling zone of “HI-CELLENT” can pile the fabric in perfect order, and improve the scouring and bleaching effect by excellent heating and liquid permeation to the very core of every fiber.

- The scouring and bleaching effect of “HI-CELLENT” is better and gives softer handle than any other machines known up to date.
“HI-CELLENT” can eliminate such trouble as abrasion, etc. in processing any kind of fabrics.

- Continuous piling down fabric in big quantity onto the conveyor device in a steamer may cause zig-zag movement and tangles of the processed fabric, causing abrasion and creases formation of the fabric by excessive tension at take-out zone.
 In order to prevent from such troubles, the conveyor of “HI-CELLENT” has separators, and is so designed that the fabrics can be conveyed in excellent order.

- The piled fabric are taken out in perfect order and sequence, without tension, and causing no abrasion or creases formation.
