For the goal of creating 1 million units of Green Home until 2020, government supports certain amount of installation costs when new & renewable energy equipment, such as sunlight, solar heat, geothermal, and fuel cell, is installed in the house.

Valid Applicants
owner or the promising of detached house

Apartment house
(Existing apartment house) owner or representative of residents
(Apartment house being built) representative of construction or residents

Village unit
More than equal to 10 detached house or apartment house within same minimum administration region (ri and dong)—in case of island without a bridge connected to lands, more than equal to 5 houses.
