MULTIS HYDRO MJ-XM Series is designed particularly for the higher-speed paper manufacturing and printing machines. The boundary between joints and mechanical seal is vague now for the higher-speed industrial equipment, whereas they were once thought to be in different fields in the past. Bearingless products have been developed considering that the damage on the bearings caused by the dead load shortens the longevity of rotary joints. By having installing the body part of rotary joints and siphon pipe together in the bearings of the dryer itself, it became possible to apply mechanical seal with mainly high-tech material to the seal face. MJ-XM series expands the longevity as many as five times that of the former rotary joint by this high-tech method.
