As metal pipes within this frost proof yard hydrant were assembled with outer pipes, nuts connecting pipes are not loosened or no gaps are formed.
Outer pipes has a lib on the surface making it strongly buried and fixed, so the rotation power to upper handle is NOT conveyed to water pipes preventing parts from being loosened and water from being leaked.
