The motor controllers of SMC-500B SERIES derived from the SMC-500 SERIES having the multi-functional high-performance are the devices having the simple function to start the motor directly, achieving the miniaturization of size and lightening weight. The SMC-500B MOTOR CONTROLLERS have been reduced by half in size compared with the SMC-500 SERIES.

As special features, the exterior materials have high insulation level, light weight, fire retardant, shock resistant and chemical resistant characteristics to endure the harsh environment such as shipyard, power plant, steelworks, petrochemical complex and water power plant etc.. These have IP65 grade.
