During the production of Bloom (semi-finished product) at the steel-making factory, this production equipment makes correction of cast material and ensure precision.

Feature

This process is to correct outer dimension of cast material within 2mm through hydraulic cylinder pressure and roll’s up-and-down shake and the following is required.

- Stroke tolerance of up-and-down roll movement should be consistent.

- Roll’s replacement and oil supply should be easy.
