Principle of Cyclone
The vapor flown into the entrance to the Cyclone rotates spirally inside the cone shaped inner area, and the dust particles vapor is separated from the vapor inside the cylindrical inner wall or cone shaped cylindrcial inner wall and flown downward along the wall, and then are stored in the dust container downward. As the central area of cone shaped cylinder is maintained by the negative pressure, the vapor separated from dust particles rises toward the upper area of cyclone and then is discharged outward. The centrifugal inside the apparatus is tantamount to over 1,000 times greater than dust partcle weight, Cyclone can collect dust measuring over 10㎛.

Multi Cyclone
The exhaust flow velocity at the entrance is approximately 10m/sec, which is an improvement of the existing cyclone, and is capable of processing the exhaust three times smore than existing cyclone when the pressure loss is identical, Furthermore, it ensures the balanced exhaust. Multi Cyclone was developed to improve the collection efficiency and resolve inconveniences in large quantity collection. As shown in the photo beside, guiding wing is installed inside the inner cylinder to add momentum to the rotation in the cyclone to facilitate the flow of vapor and enhance the efficiency. Multi cyclone is capable of collecting dust measuring over 5㎛, a dramatic improvement of the existing cyclone that could collect only up to 10㎛.
