Chemical Plant Equipment

Our company fabricates large chemical plant equipment (Max: 12,000Dia x 100,000LG / Weight: approx. 1,000 tons), and the completed products are shipped mainly through quay located near Yulchon factory.On the other hand, in compliance with the requirement of customers considering the limit of the land transportation size, we have also executed projects(Shop +Field fabrication)that required the final products to be fabricated at the site after fabricating semi-finished products at the factory.

Until now, we have been fabricating numerous chemical plant equipment(Reactor, Big Column, pressure vessels, fired heaters, heaters and heat exchangers) with “Reliance” Jamnagar Export Refinery Project & “Essar” Oil Refinery Expansion Project in India, "S-Oil" S-Oil Super Project PKG-1(RFCC Reactor Package), S-Oil Residue Upgrading Complex Project, “Lotte Chemical” IP Project and “Hanwha Chemical” Polysilicon (Orange) Project, etc. in Korea.

Also, our major completed plant equipment with the shop+field fabrication are pressure vessels, Vacuum Cooler and Column of Ma'aden Phosphoric Acid Project in Saudi Arabia and Ethylene Plant in Uzbekistan etc.

We are going to increase the proportion of our business gradually because we are recognized in the global market for the fabricating of chemical equipment combined with factory and field fabrication.
