This product is produced only for the transportation of air, particularly high pressure air, and is most suitable for separate transportation. To minimize air leakage at unloading side which characteristically occurs at the rotary valve during transportation, our company is producing products to accommodate seamless transportation of air by equipping with air pipes for air balancing on both sides as well as air vent holes on body side.
The part is the plate that performs basic functions, closing and opening of the valve. By being attached to the inlet and outlet below the spindle as the spindle rotates if the valve handle is turned, the part directly turns on and off the valve in practice. The sheet has three to four structures including plate type, conical type and etc. In general, the valve that moves vertically is called gate valve and the valve that moves with sheet lying horizontally is called glove valve. As for usage, normally gate valve is used for adjustment of flow rate and glove valve for the control of flow rate.
The product not only supports load like bearing and minimizes friction at rotation movement, but also reduces vibration during rotation or translation movement and seals up oil.
