The Fuel Filler Cable is connected to the handle on the left or right side of the driver's seat and to the door of the fuel filler or to the latch of the rear trunk for the purpose of opening the trunk and the driver. 

When pulling the Handle, it releases the lock of the latch and transfers the power to open the fuel filler or the trunk.
