GMP HR2 trade/industrial laminators incorporate revolutionary heating system based on GMP hot roller techonlogy. Both top and bottom heated teflon coated rollers ture wich the film preventing scratching and friction noise normally associated with heat shoe machines. A pre heated shoe is carefully positioned to maintain film temperature prior to the siliconed heated rollers at the laminaion stage. Laminating efficiency and speed is vastly inprove. GMP HR2 trade/industrial laminators accept bulk roll film loading, incorporates electronic web tensioning, variable speed, pressure end temperature, a reverse switch inline side slittiing and feed table guides, as well as many safety features such as locking control panels preventing the machine from opening with the power connected, and a rotary trimmer supplied as standard.
