Therefore, if the form of body tool and the cutting tool is at the axis of X(cam), it is possible to do the bending, R, and coiling with Universal.

- As the axis of Y(Quill) rotates, it is possible to use it as a pitch stand for the Quill damage protective forming process. Also, when producing something that has the same shape of torsion spring, it is easy to form the Quill without processing.
