Product Details
DI-102 is governor switch used for detecting overspeed, which cuts the power of electric motor and stops elevator car if elevator car operates at over the normal speed and speed indicator points dangerous speed.
Before elevator car exceeds 130% of regular speed, turn governor switch open and cut the power of electric motor and before over 140%, governor switch is turned open and catch governor rope and operates emergency stop.
Features
1. It has acquired movement location with detail level and built-in micro switch
2. Impact and vibration aren’t given to contacts by using actuator so that we can assure mechanical intensity.
3. As a rod lever type, it detects over speed
4. It maintains stable detail contact resistance for thermal resistance
5. Case is made of steel so that it is protected from external force
6. It makes wiring easier in the state of being installed to governor.

Application
It is installed to governor as shown in right feature and before ascent or descent speed of elevator car arrives at governor’s operation speed catch, elevator lifter should be started to stop.
But this device can operate at the point of the time when rated speed that doesn’t go beyond 1.0m/s arrives at operation speed catch.
