Description

Description
The WIR30-RI series products are photoactive UV curable resins based on fluorinated acrylate. They are particularly suitable for applications in optical multimode waveguide device applications such as 1xn optical splitters and 
 optical interconnections with UV embossing(Imprinting) technology. 
 The UV imprinting technology has superior advantages for simplifying fabrication of optical waveguide devices due to its photolithography free and dry etching free processes for waveguide patterning. 
 These resins also have low optical loss at near 830nm and 1310nm wavelengths, low birefringence, and excellent environmental stability.
 To obtain the best film quality, a nitrogen environment is recommended during the UV exposure time.

Availability and Storage
Exguide WIR series solutions are available in 100 g quantities. These solutions should be stored in a dark and cool place under 25°C in the bottle with a tight cap. Moisture should be avoided because it may affect the product performance.
