Machine Types

1. Continuous tumbler: It is a continuous tumbler consisting of a three-stage drum that can work continuously to improve productivity and reduce labor. 

It is an automatic machine operated by an automatic control device with a cooling system to remove the discharged fabric after the operation is completed.

2. Net Dryer: Hi-Tech Shrink Dryer is a heavy-duty shrink-proof net drying machine for all kinds of tubular knitted, open-knit, woven and non-woven fabrics, including natural fibers (cotton, woolen), man-made fibers and man-made fibers, developed by integrating new technologies to give the best residual shrinkage, shape, safety productivity and soft touch. It is composed of a solid frame with inserts of silver material to minimize heat loss (chamber temperature is about 250 degrees)

3. apex machine: A machine that hems the fabric after tumbler processing to a certain width through the taster guide.

4. Sprayer: Before entering the tumbler machine, water is sprayed with a spray machine to control the shrinkage of the fabric.
