● ULTRA-Z Technology

The technology applied to ULTRA-Z is 1. Cavitation

- The formation and then immediate implosion of cavities in a liquid by ultrasonic vibrating energy – i.e. small liquid-free zones ("bubbles")

– that are the consequence of forces acting upon the liquid. It usually occurs when a liquid is subjected to rapid changes of pressure that cause the formation of cavities where the pressure is relatively low.

The high ultrasonic vibrating energy of ULTRA-Z probes causes micro bubbles within the tumescent solution to expand and collapse, dislodging fatty tissue and mixing them into the infiltration solution.

2. Emulsification

- The phenomenon in which unwanted fatty tissue is changed to a frothy liquid form by ultrasonic vibrating energy.
