인플루엔자바이러스 A 아형 단독감염 및 중복감염여부를 정성 검출하는 검사시약

본 제품은 Real-Time OneStep RT-PCR 방식을 이용하여 인플루엔자바이러스 A 아형 6 타입의 co-infection 및 single infection을 검사하는 키트로 인플루엔자바이러스 A 아형 6타입을 2 세트로 나누어 검사하며, 한 tube에서 RT (Reverse Transcription) 반응과 Real-Time PCR 증폭반응이 순차적으로 진행됩니다. 별도의 추가 시약 필요 없이 키트 내에 포함되어 있는 시약만으로 PCR을 수행할 수 있으며, positive control인 Control Template가 제공됩니다.
