Solg™ Taq DNA Polymerase는 Thermus aquaticus DNA polymerase 유전자를 E. coli 에서 발현하여 고순도로 정제한 recombinant thermostable Taq DNA polymerase로, 다양한 PCR 응용 실험에 널리 사용되는 제품입니다. 구성에 포함된 5X Band Doctor™는 template DNA에 G+C 비율 이 높거나 반복적인 염기 배열, 복잡한 구조로 인해 발생되는 PCR 효율 저하 및 비특이적 증폭 문제 등을 해결하는데 사용합니다.
