Innovation For Metal Surface Superfinishing

Diamond burnishing tool ST6-32B is used for mirror finishing blind holes.

The positioning of the insert prevents it from underrunning the wall or the bottom of the part and allows finishing processing directly to the adjacent wall. 
Maximum hole depth 290 mm.

The minimum diameter of the hole machined 42 mm.
Comes with a round shank diameter Ф 32 mm or square shank 25*25

Tool is  used  in  Vertical turning centers.
Natural diamond  indenters are used.
It is recommended to use on machines that can provide finishing internal turning operations!
Roughness before processing is not more than Ra = 1.25 microns.
An example of parts - hydraulic cylinders, landing surfaces in cases under bearings.

External coolant supply.  


The quality of chrome plating can be improved by diamond smoothing its surface. This treatment compacts the surface layer and eliminates the tightness of tight joints of chrome-plated parts due to the presence of microcracks in chrome.
