Bearing durability test system is for a durability test of a industrial & automotive bearing. This system is a customized system based on bearing’s external load, rotation speed, and etc. It is stable with long term test and evaluate a bearing damage by a vibration sensor. As much as, 5000kN load large bearing test system can be provided.
The SLSS (Service Life Simulation System) is designed to test the high load, endurance, and service life of the vehicle hub bearing by controlling the magnitude of the cornering forces and radial forces.
Alpine descent test system is for testing thermal damage of wheel hub bearing and ball cage seal by simulation of break disk heating .
이 시험기는 차량의 바퀴에 사용되는 휠 허브 베어링에서 발생하는 마찰력을 테스트 하는 장비로서 시험편인 허브 베어링의 회전 시 시험편으로부터 발생되는 토크 값을 측정하는 방식으로 시스템이 구성되어 있다.
