Description
ECU Cover에 Breather 및 Protection Cover를 취부 한 후, Connector 부위에 Air를 공급하며 조립된 제품의 Leakage Test를 하는 설비 입니다.
Breather 및 Protection Cover는 Feeder에 의해서 자동으로 공급되며, Pick Up 후 Vision System과 6 축 Robot을 이용하여 위치 보정을 하여
제품의 규정된 위치에 정확히 취부 후 Leakage Test를 합니다.
PC에 설치된 HMI에 의해 설비 조작 , Data 저장 및 Monitoring이 용이 합니다.
또한 상위 Computer 와의 MES를 통해 생산제품에 대한 생산관리, 이력관리, 추적관리 등을 할 수 있습니다.
