This machine is to attach the polarizer film on the TFT-LCD. Cell loading and unloading is automatic and cell cleaning, film attaching and unloading performed in one turn table. Polarizer film supplied from the magazine by  OPP tape one by one.

 1. Cell supplied on the machine in cell tray.
 2. Clean knife transfer and up/down moving by motor for accurate position control and easy adjusting each model.
 3. Clean knife and clean roller applied to remove the particle.
 4. Index turn type stage applied on attach part for operation efficiency.
 5. Stepping motor, micro speed cylinder and regulator applied on the polarizer film head up/down for easy data control by each model.
 6. Film thickness checked by sensor to avoid the film supply error.
