Description

Description 

SERVOCAMDRIVE has developed by our long and hard technical study. 

It is a positioning device(Reducer) and SERVOCAMDRIVE mechanism works with a screw shaped input shaft and output reducer of Cam-follower bearing. 

Cam-follower bearing contacts with the surface of a wedge shaped input rib while preloaded by the controller of input shaft gear for no backlash, which guarantees high accuracy and rigidity. 

Applied with needle type of Cam-follower bearing to convey the power with rolling contact, not with sliding contact even if preloaded without backlash, it realizes more than 90% of efficiency and durability against abrasion in the life span.

All SERVOCAMDRIVEs are manufactured by high-tech equipment. 


Remarks 

1. With backlash reducing structure, it provides higher precision, torque and rigidity.

2. Rolling contact makes no abrasion and no variation in precision.   

3. Adopting specialized SERVOCAMDRIVE makes the structure strong against collision. 

4. If applied with NC round table, it can make continuous heavy cutting of metal(steel or metal) and is best used for precise processing of complex components.
