Description
-일반 강의 드릴 작업, 단조강, 냉간 단조강, 가단 주철, 합금강, 스테인레스, 기타 비철 금속류
-Suitable for drilling of general steel, forged steel, cold forged steel, malleable cast iron, alloyed steel, stainless steel and non ferrous metal.
-Surface-Treatment : Non-Coating도 가능함
-특수제작된 Point로 center drill이 필요없음, 뛰어난 위치 결정으로 Bush가 필요없음, 외부 냉각수 주입 방식
-깔끔한 면 조도를 보장하므로 Reamer 작업이 필요없음, Chip 배출이 탁월하므로 고속 가공 및 자동화 라인에 적합
-Self centering - center drilling is not required.
-Excellent positioning - Guide bush is not necessary.
-External cutting fluid supply.
-Good surface finishing - reaming is not required.
-Good chip removal.
