SM-HF100
The SM-HF100 guided heating equipment is used to perform guided heating when you perform extrusion work on steel, Cu, and AL cables. You can use this guided heater to improve quality and productivity. 
The SM-HF100 High Frequency Induction Preheater uses the IGBT method for performing computer control of outputs. 
In its auto control function, the line speed and heating temperature information are received to control outputs. 
It adopts a Digital P.I.D. Controller to perform highly precise temperature control. 
Work Coil’s diameter should be in the range of 25mm, 40mm, 60mm, or 100mm. Select the proper value for your cable.  

Chiller control
The SM-HF100 High Frequency Induction Preheater is designed for only preheating in the cable production process. 
It has all the necessary functions to help it preheat the cable with higher accuracy than any other products. 
The touchscreen shows the detailed status of each function/operation. 
It has a non-tactile temp sensor that detects the preheating temperature in real-time and performs controls.
