Solg™ Plasmid Mini-prep Kit is used for molecular biology experiments such as general PCR, cloning, general sequencing and in vitro transcription by isolation of 20 μg or more of high purify plasmid. In addition, this product can also prepare low copy plasmid and large-circular DNA(fosmid & BAC clone). The principle of the product is applied with alkaline-lysis method and glass microfiber membrane suitable for DNA binding.
