[SCA] SEQ-TempliGen RCA™ Kit

Low-copy plasmid, BAC, Fosmid Amplification Kit


SEQ-TempliGen™ RCA Kit is a product for plasmid DNA amplification from small amount of various sample including liquid culture, colony, glycerol stock, and purified DNA based on Rolling Circle Amplification (RCA) mechanism. RCA mechanism is one of the isothermal amplification methods, which is used circular DNA as template by activity of Phi29 DNA polymerase at 30 ℃. Amplified product can be used for sequencing directly without additional purification step.
