Cable Trolley System [Festoon Type] |
Composition 1. Festoon Track Cable System props up electronic wire and hose for seamless power / air supply for machineries in motion. Compatible with Curve-type / Plain-type Cable Trolley. Plain-type Cable is preferred over Curve-type for its plainness. 2. Carrier of Cable Trolley moves parallel to the machinery along Track 3. Must check for the proper length of the machinery before using Trolley. See the following for the spot where Carriers are concentrating. Only with the sufficient area for Cable Trolley secured may Carriers move along Cable Crane 4. R-type Construction feasible for Track System (from 1300M) |

Feature Conductor size and capacity shall match the amount of current and air demanded by the machinery. Choose Cable of the desired capacity and length, adding 20% of the length of the projected traveling distance of machinery. Incorporate the sufficient number of Carriers by the length of Cable stretching. Use Control Carrier, over Leader Carrier, for manual operation of Cable. |

Install Guide 1. Arrange Track parallel to the machinery movement. Fine-tune Track, in prevention of bending, toward the direction against the direction heading. 2. Put Hanger on where Carriers are gathered. 3. Use Track-fixing hanger in the middle of Track and Sliding hanger for the rest. 4. Use Joint Piece to join Track. 5. Cable Length = (Area of work + Area of Carriers gathered) X 1.2 6. Refer to the following for quantities of parts:
