The previous products used multiple compressors to derive ultra-low temperature but Seil UFreezer accomplished unique technology of the ultimate freezing temperature using single compressor system and mixture of various coolants different from that of foreign manufacturers. The Strengths of SMC-05, SMC-10
ㆍThe clinical effects of SMC-05,10 are about the same as those of other foreign made products.
ㆍSMC-05,10 enabled to lower the temperature of the chamber up below -110°C due to the freezing mechanism of the state of the art, by adopting a single compressor system. Competitive products are of three-compressor systems.
ㆍSMC-05,10 are capable of maintaining the temperature of the therapeutic chamber at up to - 128°C.
ㆍInstead of CFC, SMC-05,10 use those 15 different inert gases, which are pro-environmental refrigerant. The other products use "R-507" or "R-404A" in the first stage and "R-23" or "R-508A" in the second stage, and "R-14", in the third. (This procedure makes the systems unstable due to low-pressure operation.)
