Introduction
Wider outer legs and comparitively smaller center leg in order to reduce increase nosie problem.
This shape developed for compact and efficient winding in PCB. High PCB packing density is available using this shape.
Features
Mainly Mn-Zn low loss materials are applied and it is easy for heat emission.
For assembling, clips are commonly used and also glue is available. Product name is originated from the distance of the grid of PCB. For example, RM5 is representative of 55 module(0.5incs0.5inch).
Applications
This shapes are wildely used for power conversion such as adapter, converter etc.
This shape is used for telecommunication and power application.
